Become a member of PSC


PSC membership application requirements

Applicant must:

  • Fill out membership application.
  • Show a picture I.D. (passport, driver license, green card)
  • Show proof of residency (phone bill, electric bill)
  • Show social security card

Please note that membership application must be approved by the membership committee and that can take up to three months depending of the time when the committee will meet.

Furthermore, please notify that each applicant will automatically be deducted a membership fee of $10 from his/her account each year if the person is the member of the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union. Otherwise the yearly membership fee must be paid directly to the PSC office.

ARTICLE III - MEMBERSHIP
Paragraph 1. Classes of Membership: Regular, Associate and Honorary
Paragraph 2. Regular members shall be: U.S. citizens or permanent residents in the U.S. of Polish or any other Slavic origin.
Paragraph 3. Associate members can be:
(a) Polish-American organizations supporting the aims and goals of PSC
(b) Individuals supporting the activities of PSC who may be of non-Slavic origin, or Polish or Slavic individuals who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Paragraph 4. Honorary members of PSC can be persons, independent of ethnic origin, who hold some position in political, scientific, civic or professional fields and support the activities of PSC.
